"If you are looking for a fence company, stop searching and call Rustic Rail Fence Company. We could not be more impressed with Colton, his crew, and the entire experience from start to finish.
Colton is the owner, and he is exactly the kind of person you hope to hire for a major project: honest, straightforward, hardworking, responsive, and genuinely invested in doing the job the right way. There was absolutely no pressure or nonsense - just clear communication, practical advice, and someone who truly wanted to help us get the best possible fence within our budget.
He went above and beyond before the work even began. Colton created multiple quotes and walked us through different styles and options so we could clearly see what would work best for our budget without sacrificing quality. He showed us real photos of previous projects, answered every question thoroughly, and took the time to walk our entire property with us. He wanted to understand our family’s actual needs - not just sell us a fence - including keeping wildlife out while keeping our wild ones (toddler and dog, ha-ha) safely in.
Once the project started, Colton and his crew were incredibly dependable. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, responded quickly to texts, and were always professional, kind, and respectful. The craftsmanship is exceptional. You can see the pride they take in their work: Colton was constantly checking over details and making sure everything was done correctly. The finished fence is beautiful, sturdy, and even better than we imagined.
His crew was equally impressive. They were organized, prepared, and clearly well cared for - always arriving with Gatorade and snacks and working together like a true team. That says a lot about the kind of business Colton runs and the respect he has for the people working alongside him.
On a personal note, our two-year-old son was completely enthralled watching the fence go up. Colton was so patient and sweet with him, remembered his name, and took the time to interact with him throughout the project. It genuinely made our son’s day and meant a lot to us.
We are so grateful we chose Rustic Rail Fence Company. Supporting a local business like this feels especially good when the work, integrity, communication, and customer service are all this outstanding. We would hire Colton again without hesitation - in fact, I would trust this guy to build just about anything for us. Highly, highly recommend Rustic Rail Fence Company!"

"Thank you to Rustic Rail Fence Company for the quick, professional, and clean installation of our new fence! The crew of only 3 people removed our old fence, installed approximately 300 linear feet of new fencing, added two gates, and completed the entire project in less than 48 hours.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The finished product looks fantastic! A special thank you to Colton! You guys absolutely knocked this one out of the park.

"I have been experiencing the amazing workmanship and customer service of Rustic Rail Fence Company since 8/2017 when I had my fence installed. Back again a few times for replacement of some posts that lasted 9 years and some are still going strong. Work has been done within a couple of weeks of my requests. A huge bonus was that some of the materials that were from the original installation could still be used, and therefore my cost was much lower. Today I had a lock replaced a few hours after I inquired. I love using a family business that does exceptional work!"

"We are so happy with our gate from Rustic Rail Fence Company. We wanted to add a gate to our existing deck railing and they came up with the perfect solution. It matches our existing railing perfectly and looks great! They were super fast, professional and quick at responding. Highly recommend."
